Registration Details

Registration will open in September for the PRS 65th Annual Meeting in Park City, Utah! The meeting will be held Wednesday, March 17th – Friday, March 19th, 2027, at the Westgate Park City Resort & Spa. There will also be a virtual attendance and presenter option for those that do not wish to travel.

• If you have an outstanding balance for membership dues, you will need to pay those first before registering. 

Registration Cancellation Policy

Meeting registration fees will be refunded (less a $50 processing fee) if the Executive Office receives written notice to mbateman@parthenonmgmt.com by February 12, 2027. Registration cancellations received after this date will not receive a refund. 

Hotel Accomodations

If you are planning on joining us in person, don’t forget to make your hotel accommodations. This year’s host hotel is the Westgate Park City Resort & Spa. The PRS group rate is $379 for a Luxury Suite or $579 for a Luxury One-Bedroom Villa plus applicable taxes and resort fees per night.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy

Final payment for all Reservations is due upon check-in. Group reservations are completely nonrefundable within 72 hours of scheduled check-in
date. Individual reservations are fully refundable, if cancelled prior to 72 hours before scheduled check-in date.
